Reflexology is a natural way to restore balance to the organs and glands through the reflexes in the feet.
Working with hot stones produces healing to the physical body by bringing the blood to the surface, which easily releases tension in the muscles, and reduces pain. My approach to Yoga is gentle and compassionate. Everyone can benefit from the breathing, stretching, and relaxation practices. Students are encouraged to work to their own ability. It is my goal to demystify Yoga and enable people to apply the practice in our every-day Western lifestyle.
